An update for Electrical Bid Manager SQL Plus/Pro has been released! This upgrade contains new features for both the residential and commercial versions of EBM.

New commercial version features include:

• New print option for sending reports to a PDF file.
• User-defined lamp types (lamp descriptions) can be entered directly to the Fixtures Takeoff screen, rather than selecting from the database.
• New report for listing material items in order of dollar or labor value.
• New audit trail setting for showing only the takeoff entries in the current job breakout.
• Batch function for changing Target price bullet mark.

New residential version features include:

• New print option for sending reports to a PDF file.
• New option for adding notes to the Assembly List report.
• Cost per square foot value added to reports.
• Increased audit trail description field.
• Enhanced job default settings for jobs created on ‘Preset’ bid prices.
• Enhanced bid price calculation when editing assemblies on the audit trail.
• Enhanced on-screen calculator.
