Executive Bios

Vision InfoSoft Corporation was founded by a team of experts in the fields of electrical and plumbing construction, software development, and information services. Our charter calls for the development and marketing of high-quality, yet affordably priced software and information services for the electrical and plumbing construction industry. The following is a description of our Management Team:

Earl B. Beutler, Chairman: Mr. Beutler originally developed the ALEC (Advanced Logic Estimating Computer) System which was acquired by Trade Service Corporation in 1981. He served as head of the "ALEC Division" until 1986, when he left to found Research Information Systems, a highly successful software and information business.

John Evans, President and Chief Executive Officer: Prior to co-founding the Vision InfoSoft Corporation, Mr. Evans served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Trade Service Corporation.

Steven Gallegos, Vice President: Prior to joining the Vision InfoSoft team, Mr. Gallegos founded STG International, a highly successful sales and marketing organization.
