Material Breakouts
Optionally assign items to a Location (rooms, exterior, basement, etc)

On-Screen Audit Trail
It is vitally important that an estimator knows the status of the job bid
during the takeoff process. Electrical Bid Manager Residential includes
an audit trail screen that displays the takeoff assemblies with each of
their component items, takeoff quantity, material price and labor cost,
as well as the bid price. Bid prices can be “factored” up or
down depending on competitiveness of the bid. Make changes and deletions
quickly from the Audit Trail.
SQL Technology
SQL (Structured Query Language) database technology provides numerous benefits
to any software that harnesses it. SQL provides the end user with faster
takeoffs, lookups, edits, and queries. Spend less time waiting for your
software to do what you want. This is a rock solid database that won't breakdown
or slowdown even when your database gets huge.
Residential Assemblies
Hundreds of comprehensive database of complete residential assemblies includes
all the materials from wire nuts to Romex. Or, quickly build your own assemblies
by copying the existing assemblies and substituting. Quickly import items
from the EPIC catalog of over a million material items.
Automatic Material Price Updates

and Catalogs) pricing service, a huge catalog of over a million material
items. Customize your Electrical Bid Manager database by importing items
